Technician will be performing a test drive in order to confirm customers complaint. (Only if safe to drive)  Removing all 4 wheels to properly inspect the brake components and measuring the brake pads/shoes, rotors/drums, whichever is applicable, in order to determine if the components require replacement or resurfacing to ensure brake stability.
